Grocers may have the opportunity to participate in a new SNAP-Healthy Fluid Milk Incentives (HFMI) $3 million grant program recently announced by the USDA FNS.
Baylor University - which has already been operating a HFMI incentive program under a previous grant - is seeking interested retailers that have the capability for their POS systems to electronically apply an incentive discount to SNAP shoppers for a potential new project.
